The Shore Born Gin and Elderflower Tonic

On the scenic northern shores of County Antrim, Northern Ireland, and between the Giant’s Causeway and the ruins of Dunluce Castle, lies the village of Portballintrae. A village steeped in heritage and tradition where the waves of the Atlantic break and the River Bush meets the ocean.
