The fruit Infused Gin has been produced using a premium gin distilled in Holland by Herman Jansen Distillery, the whole strawberries and basil leaf are sourced from local farmers in and around County Down and are macerated with the base spirit for an eight-day period. Each small handcrafted batch is filled and sealed by hand in Gareth’s home town of Saintfield and is limited to just 2500 bottles.
Nose- "Upfront strawberry fruit with subtle juniper and background basil and coriander." Palate- "Forward with fresh strawberry and light summer elements, subtle juniper with undertones of basil and coriander, finishing full with lasting juniper and even more fruit." Finish- "Long and fresh, with lasting spice of basil leaf and sweetness of strawberry."
