Description of the Small Batch Gin ...
Distilled in very small 25lt batches, using a T500 still, the Irish Gin is a marriage of 7 different organically grown botanicals, sourced from Spain, Belgium, Italy and Golden Flax Seed from Northern Ireland. The small batch, handcrafted gin is distilled by distiller Brano Pajer in Ballymoney, with the Headquarters based in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast.
Tasting Note from Fairley's ...
A bold and upfront gin with a twist.
Nose - "Noticeable juniper with a citrus twist and background flax."
Palate - "Definitely Juniper leads, with zesty orange and lemon, somewhat oily and again hints of background flax seed, almost warming in the mouth."
Finish - "Rounded and lasting, with underlying nut."
Perfect Serve - 1 part Titanic / Glass filled with ice / Squeezed Lemon / Chucky slice of Orange / Topped up with a Premium Tonic.
