Lacada Sorley Boy's Stash Golden Ale
Lacada Sorley Boy's Stash Golden Ale is a touch of caramel which is offset by the earthy, herbal notes of Bobek and Nugget hops. The dry hopping lends a slight floral aroma to the beer. Amber hue with a bitter zing.

Lacada Brewery Co-Operative Tasting Note ...
Brewed with pale malt and some crystal malt which adds some sweetness and also give the beer that amber hue. The hop schedule is chosen to match the sweet malt and balance that out with a herbal, pine resin bitterness. A deep gold ale, akin in colour to the Californian Common ales. There is a herbal and earthy note adding to the guitar twang of bitterness from the hops which is offset by a background hint of caramel from the malt. This beer goes well with anything, but especially spicy Cajun food, crab cakes, a triple crème cheese and apricot-amaretto desserts and baklava. It’s playful and popular and a quare swally all day long.
