Lacada Brewery Co-Operative Tasting Note ...

The Anares Post Utopian Stout gets its name from a planet in the 1974 novel ‘The Dispossessed’ by Ursula Le Guin which describes a post utopian society on a planet called Anarres. This novel was apart of the inspiration for the two brewers to establish a co-operative brewery back in 2013. Limited Edition there are only 360 bottles of this beer available, which have also been individually numbered. The Utopian Stout is very rich and velvety ‘big mouth feel’ with tastes of molasses, chocolate, raisins, vanilla and blackberry.
